Sarah is the CEO of Cypress Creek Renewables, a solar and storage independent power producer that develops, owns and operates projects across the United States. She is an expert in power markets and an accomplished investor and officer of public and private companies, having led investments of $4 billion across the electric sector. During her 21 years at AES, she rose to be a senior officer and built and ran the Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean division. Sarah co-founded GeoGlobal Energy, a geothermal company in the US, Chile, and Germany, which was sold to its investor. Subsequently, she founded Point Reyes Energy Partners, a solar and energy storage advisory and development company, where she provided strategic advice to large companies in the renewable sector. She remains a founding partner of Point Reyes Energy Partners LLC. Sarah graduated from Harvard University with Honors and received an MBA from Yale School of Management. She is a member of the Board of Directors of TransAlta, a NYSE-listed company and Canada’s largest investor-owned power producer and wholesale marketer of electricity. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Redwood Foundation, a family foundation promoting education and the environment and Our Food Chain, a non-profit promoting healthy eating.

Becky is COO of Cypress Creek Renewables, a solar and storage independent power producer that develops, owns and operates projects across the United States. She is responsible for Cypress Creek’s three business units, Development, O&M Services, and Fleet Ownership. Prior to Cypress Creek, she co-founded Point Reyes Energy Partners, a solar and energy storage advisory and development company, and served as CFO of three power companies, TerraForm Power and TerraForm Global, both publicly traded companies, and Silver Ridge Power, a private equity backed start-up. Becky began her career at the AES Corporation with various positions of increasing responsibility including greenfield development, capital markets, and M&A as well as becoming the VP responsible for credit and risk assessment. She graduated from Stanford University with Honors.

As Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Cypress Creek, Sam oversees Human Resources and Administration as well as the company's social and community involvement. She also works to maintain company culture and employee satisfaction. Previously, Sam was the Director of Human Resources and Administration at FLS Energy. Sam holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification and an Advanced Strategic Human Resource Management certification from Cornell University.

Jeff is the Chief Investment Officer of Cypress Creek Renewables.In this role he leads the Structured Finance, Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment Committee and Investment Analytics groups. Jeff has extensive renewables transaction experience having led more than $25 billion in transactions.Before joining Cypress Creek, he served as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets with Brookfield Renewable U.S., where he was responsible for a more than $3 billion per annum capital formation and liquidity plan. His other leadership experience includes the formation and successful IPO of Terraform Power, Inc. where he held positions as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Vice President of Global Capital Markets and Structured Finance. He has also held Director and Senior Manager positions in Project and Commercial Finance respectively for SunEdison, Inc. Prior to his focus on renewables, Jeff was a generalist at a boutique investment bank and began his career as an engineer. Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and earned a Master of Business Administration from Babson College.

As Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, Jerome manages the legal department and oversees all administrative functions. Prior to joining Cypress Creek, Jerome was an attorney at Jones Day, a leading international law firm, from 2008 to 2014. Jerome is admitted to practice only in New York and New Jersey. Jerome received his BA from Duke University and his JD from Georgetown University Law Center.

Tres is the Chief Financial Officer of Cypress Creek Renewables. In this role, he is responsible for the overall planning and management of the company’s financial affairs. Prior to Cypress Creek, Tres was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Southern California Edison (SCE), responsible for the utility company’s financial management and fiscal integrity. Previously, he has held roles such as vice president and treasurer of SCE, responsible for the financial operations of the utility and vice president and treasurer at Edison Mission Energy, a competitive power generation business that was a subsidiary of Edison International.Before joining the Edison family of companies, Tres was a consultant in the public utility industries services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC. Tres is also the chair of the board of directors at USC Arcadia Hospital (formerly Methodist Hospital of Southern California) and was previously the chair of the Methodist Hospital Foundation Board. He serves on the board of directors of the Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens and the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles. Prior to its acquisition by California American Water Company, Tres was on the board of directors of East Pasadena Water Company, an investor-owned water utility regulated by the California Public Utilities Commission. Tres graduated from Southern Methodist University with bachelor’s degrees in physics and economics. He earned an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Peter is the Chief Development Officer of Cypress Creek Renewables. In this role he leads the company’s Development team to grow and advance projects in the development pipeline aligned with external and internal stakeholders. Prior to joining Cypress Creek, Peter was Vice President of Commercial Management at Rise Light & Power, an LS Power Company, where he managed energy marketing for the largest power plant in New York City – Ravenswood Generating Station - and helped the company develop a plan to transition the plant to a renewable energy hub. Previously he held positions at a number of prominent renewable energy companies including Avangrid Renewables, SunPower, and Terraform Power, where he was responsible for the commercialization of a diverse set of renewable energy assets.Peter has experience in nearly all US markets, from Hawaii to New England, and has led commercialization efforts across the entire project lifecycle, from greenfield development to repowering. Peter earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University and Master of Science in Technology and Socio-Economic Planning from Roskilde University in Denmark.

Jeremy is the Chief Revenue Officer of Cypress Creek Renewables. In this role he is responsible to build and maintain offtake relationships with customers and optimizing Cypress Creek’s growing portfolio of operating assets. He will work closely with the development team to deliver projects and structure renewable supply that best meets the needs of these customers. Prior to joining Cypress Creek, Jeremy served as the Head of Axpo U.S., where he was the first employee and built the American arm of Axpo Solutions, an international renewable energy producer and energy trader, from the ground up. There he was responsible for all aspects of the business, from establishing the presence in the U.S. market, to defining strategy and managing commercial activities. Previously Jeremy held positions as Head of North American Gas & Power Origination and Structuring at Noble Americas, Principal at TPG Capital, Vice President of Commodity Sales and Structuring for Goldman Sachs and IBD Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business.
